We give your customers the ability to submit their rebate information three ways: mail-in, online submission and online registration.
Mail-in Rebates
Mail-in rebates allow the consumer to fill out the necessary requirements and mail in for fulfillment.
Online Submission
Online submission, our speediest option, allows the retailer or manufacturer to have a rebate center on their website, creating an additional reason to visit their online store. Consumers see the web address on the promotion communication or receipt, visit the site at their convenience and enter their purchase information. Once submitted, they immediately receive an e-mail confirming the submission has been received. This data is exchanged instantly between your servers and ours, to assure submissions are accurately validated and secure.
The process is quick and painless. Your customers only need to visit one site to shop, save, and submit. Plus, they’re kept up to date on the status of their rebate via e-mail with 24/7 access to their account information, keeping them in communication with “you”.
Online Registration
Online registration provides you with data quickly and saves time by having the consumer register the rebate online to start the process. Similar to online submission, the consumer visits your site to submit their rebate, but there are mail-in requirements, such as submitting the receipt with UPC. The process is simple, clean, and allows you to begin a relevant dialog immediately including submission confirmation and status updates. An additional e-mail will be sent after 30 days if they still haven’t sent in their supporting documentation.
