CPG’s Canadian promotions are managed in Toronto and fulfilled from our facilities in Welland, Ontario, and Tempe, Arizona.

CPG’s Canadian processing facility provides a convenient and efficient resource for consumers and businesses located coast-to-coast across Canada. Consumers can mail their rebate submissions to one address with a local stamp, and they receive a cheque in Canadian dollars. Consumers can cash their cheques at a local bank, providing a convenient solution to the inconvenience of US$ currency exchange.

Our more than 600 associates provide our clients and their Canadian customers with prompt and accurate answers to requests regarding their rebate submissions, as well as additional services with reply cards and other unique offerings.

Continental Promotion Group collects and authenticates responses from any media, including tear pad, on-pack, in-pack, and Internet sources. Information is uploaded daily into a database, and outputs include simple-to-read one-page promotion analysis reports issued on a periodic basis. In addition, CPG provides and supports marketing programs targeted at resellers and distributors.
